Nine years ago, I was cruising past the planned location of RiverBend in my Larson Cabin Cruiser. I was looking for opportunities to get involved in some development along the Chicago River when I saw a sign on the riverbank saying something about RiverBend and boat docks. I called the "800" number and became one of the first customers in their new sales office. Six months later, even though ground was still not broken, I was so impressed by everything associated with the development and the area around it that I put a deposit on a second unit (this time it was one of the showcase units that take up the whole south end of the building). Both units were completed in the spring of 2002, and are not only spectacular but have turned out to be great investments.

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent that gets a lot of satisfaction out of helping people find the home of their dreams.
