Riverbend's Neighborhood
The Fulton River District is across the River from the
Loop Office District and River North at the prominent
junction of the Chicago River's main, north, and south branches. The neighborhood
has seen major
transformation in the past few years from a commercial Market Disrtct
to quickly becoming renowned for
it's striking residences. Commercial buildings have been converted or
replaced with upscale condominiums
and townhouses. Exciting new construction is popping up everywhere with
a number of landmark
developments such as Riverbend, SkyBridge, The Leftbank Bldg, Kinzie Park,
TRIO Residences, and the
neighborhood lofts. Some of Chicago's hottest restaurants, galleries,
boutiques and night clubs are a short
walk away. Residents are greatly attracted to it's close proximity to
the downtown shopping, office district,
